An easy way to get experience points to start is to get a Medical Kit to heal and resuscitate your allies. Heal their health and get 5 experience points. Resuscitate and get 10 experience points. At level 4 you can average 200 to 400 experience points a fight. After level 4 there are a few more points you can put into Medic, but if you want to focus more on something else it is strongly recommended doing that after level 4.

For easy experience for those not gifted in the arts of combat, fight it out until level 8, then only play Domination or Acquisition modes and use the repair kit. The repair kit quickly racks in experience points.
