Gameplay Tips
Tip 1
Attempt to unlock all characters. Triumphing with Isaac is definitely possible, however you might choose other characters.
Tip 2
Beating Mother for the very first time is just the start. The game does not even consider it a "Mother Kill." You need to now beat Mama's Heart in subsequent playthroughs. The more times you beat Mama's Heart, the more you unlock.
