At the Title screen, press Left, Up, B, Down, Up, Right, C.
Super Dunks
At the Versus screen press Down, Up for about 5 to 10 seconds.
Whirlwind Option
At the Team Match-Up screen, rotate your joystick in a clockwise 360° motion until the game begins. You will now have the whirlwind option for the entire game.
