To play as Jail Lance, enter the following commands in order at the title screen: Down, Down-Right, Right, Left, Up-Left, Up, and then the X- and A-buttons at the same time. You should hear a chime if the code was entered correctly. Jail Lance will now appear on the character select screen in versus mode.
