Hold the SELECT button while selecting your opponents in the Character Select screen.
Unlock everything
Hold down L + R and press Up, Down, Right, Left, Triangle, X, Square, Circle at the title screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry. All bonuses will be unlocked.
