Get a certain amount of Medals to Unlock Characters

Doing missions will get you a minimum of 1 medal, but if you do them quickly you can get either 2 or 3 medals. You also get medals by doing side missions.

Unlock Joy

Get 85 medals.

Unlock Lee

Get 135 medals.

Unlock Zoe

Get 35 Medals.
