When facing the Neon Palace Boss, there are two ways to attack. The easiest is to score bingo with the blocks it shoots out, then bounce on top while it is down. Another way is to jump on two bingo cubes stacked on top of each other (for example: when 2 block is on 5 block) then attack it from there.
