Progress through Arcade mode as Ingrid. Once you reach Stage 5, you will fight Evil Ryu EX. Note: This version of Evil Ryu is actually Brainwashed Ryu from the Anime series, "Street Fighter II V". He appeared in four of the twenty nine episodes, Nightmare Reunion, and the first three parts of the last episode, "Fight to the Finish".
