Open Stage Order menu for stag...
	Select Ayin...

Press Y at the Title Screen.

On the player selection screen, move the cursor to highlight the random selection (?) and enter Up Up Up Down Down Down. And up seven more times exactly and Ayin will be selectable (with A)
