On title screen hold ZL then press ZR to select "Play Game". This will activate easy mode of the game.

Results are:

- All enemies will break easier.
- Display tag Easy on the setup screen.
- Display tag Easy on the battle result screen.
- Player won't able to get higher than 3 star on battle result.
