At the title screen, hold L and R, then touch the lower half of either of the two main characters on the touch screen (Shinobu or Maya). There are five alternate sets in all: Striped, Personal 2, Polka-dots, Personal 3, Plain. Perform the action again corresponding to desired set. To return to default, just repeat up to six times.
