When Korst Wind-Eye in Solthseim asks you to get the Totem of Claw and Fang in the Bloodmoon main quest, something crazy happens. First time I played it, I didn't get the Totem (I couldn't find it the first time), but he let me go on to the next mission. The next time I got it, HE DISAPPEARED! Since I couldn't find him, I started on the Vvardenfell main quest. I was on my way to ghost gate to fight Dagoth Ur when I found Korst Wind-Eye in the foyada, just standing there. By then I...misplaced the Totem somewhere, and I couldn't find it to give it to him. Basically, don't bother getting it, just talk to him after he gives you the mission.
