Steal a taxi and click Right Analog-stick. After a total of 50 successful fares, you will unlock hydraulics and nitrous on all taxi-class vehicles. Click Left Analog-stick to jump whenever needed. Press the L or B while driving normally to use nitrous. After using nitrous, you must wait awhile between shots. However, that time decreases as your driving skill increases.
