Get on a highway of some kind at about 110 mph. When traffic is clear, hold R + Left until your car is spun at a 90 degree angle. Then, release the buttons (make sure your car is still spinning) then hold X. You will be driving in reverse. When you are driving, do a J-Turn (turn back around to the front when in reverse). Then, accelerate to finish the move.
