To enter the codes, highlight the "Extra Content" option and press R. When the keypad screen appears, enter one of the following codes to unlock the corresponding cheat. Then, choose the "Mission Select" option in the "Extra Content" menu. Start the game through that option after toggling the desired cheats on or off.
