At the main screen choose new game the press and hold the left and right triggers and quickly press Left, Up, Down, A, Right, B and start. After you do this, a screen should appear and you can type in one of these codes

Level Select: WEWILLWIN
Invincibility: SUPERMECH
All Multiplayer Levels: MULTIMAYHEM
All Paint Schemes: MISSMACROSS
