There are orbs on smokestacks that are an extreme pain to get. These can be obtained easily with the help of a helicopter. Get your agility up to level 5 (for the wingsuit) and make sure the Agency Tower is unlocked. Climb the tower to get to a helicopter. Approach smokestacks slowly and hover just above them (your landing gear may deploy but that's ok).
