On the "Betrayal Over Bespin" level in Story mode, gain control of Lando and walk over to Princess Leia. Stand very close to her and press [Attack]. Instead of attacking her, Lando will kiss her hand. Note: This may work on other levels, or in Free Play mode, as long as both characters are in your party.
