In American Football challanges (except the kick one) if you use the joypad and press following sequence: Y - B - Y - B - Y - B - Right - Start The face of the developer of American Footbal game will appear in the Kinect feed screen far away in the score panel of the stadium.

In Hang gliding challanges if during gameplay you click following button sequence: A - B - A - B - A - B - Right - Start. You'll enable a different drive mode.
