Land a Tower Base on your head will take your health down to 1 HP. Heal, then repeat the process two more times. Use two Snorkers (exploding worm enemies), to bring your health down to 1 HP. Heal, then repeat the process 2 more times.

Play level 1-2, the first level after the introduction. Have a friend that is at least level 20 to help. To turn on the Feats of Strength, enter the "Options" menu while on the world map and select the ones desired. You must have all five to earn the achievement.

Complete the following achievements to unlock Xbox Live Gamerscore points.

Full-time Ass-kicker (50 points)	Reach rank 20.
Game In A Game (20 points)	Beat a Game In A Game.
Growing Stronger (20 points)	Complete a map with a Feat of Strength enabled.
Halfway Awesome (50 points)	Reach Rank 10.
Hercules (25 points)	Complete a map with 5 Feats of Strength enabled.
Hope Rides Alone (50 points)	Complete Facility, Rocky Fields, Giant Trees and Swamp.
Humble Beginnings (20 points)	Complete your first map.
Team Player (25 points)	Complete one level with 5 Feats of Strength enabled in Co-op.
The Bas(e)ics (20 points)	Build 20 tower bases.
The Best Defense is Offense (20 points)	Upgrade a tower to the max.
Total Badass (75 points)	Complete Facility, Rocky Fields, Giant Trees and Swamp with 5 Feats of Strength enabled.
