The "Confidence" stat in CF affects specific player ratings from week to week. Confidence starts at 50 and caps at 99. When you switch a player from second string to first string, that player gains 5 Confidence points. Repeatedly switch two players back and forth and exit the depth chart to boost a player's Confidence. Then, make another swap and repeat the process as many times as desired to cap the Confidence stat.
