There are two ways to get the "Now That's Teamwork!" achievement. You can either shine your flashlight at an enemy's head or you can attack them with the crowbar to stun them. Make sure you have Moira selected to perform the stun, and wait for Claire to kick the stunned enemy. The enemy does not have to die to get the achievement.
