Hold [Left Shift] + S + U + B at the title screen to display a sub-game menu. Select the desired options and exit the menu to start the game. Press [F10] during game play for six additional lives. To view the ending sequence, hold [Left Shift] + [Right Shift] while selecting "Zak's Tower" in the sub-game menu.
