Add a second fuel station and upgrade them as soon as possible. This will triple the amount of fuel added to any car that needs it.

Keep an eye on your goal menu and if you see a green checkmark on the clipboard icon this means you have a reward to collect. Rewards are not instantly given you must go into the menu and tap on collect to have them added to your totals.
