Boosts are expensive and may not be worth the cost. The Fart Saver is recommended because it allows you to continue after dying. Double Gems is only worth it if you have an excess number of gems to collect. You need to collect 125 per run when you have it activated to break even. Double Diamonds is also worth purchasing when you have the gems available, however it is risky and will on average only net you a maximum of 3 Diamonds.
Danger notification
Exclamation marks will announce where a spiked wooden log will appear. Stay away from that area to avoid losing gas.
Diamonds
Diamonds are the game's premium currency, and are worth taking risks to obtain. Do not spend diamonds on new skins for Domo as they are purely cosmetic. However, purchasing costumes is a good value. Remember that you will also have to collect them during the run.
Food
When given a choice between collecting gems or food, choose food. Food gives Domo the gas to go as high as possible. Collect the most food possible and ignore the gems. After eventually getting all the power-ups, you will not need gems anymore. Spend gems on as many foods as possible that give you more gas, for example Veggie Sushi, Gingerbread Cookie, and Cotton Candy. Ignore anything else that can be purchased with gems until you have all the foods unlocked.
Jumps
To get as high as possible, use double jumps. A double jump can also save Domo if you do not land on a platform after attempting to collect an object.
Letters
Collecting all the letters in the word "DOMO" will give you an experience point boost as a bonus reward. However it is often not worth the risk to complete the task.
Power-ups
Get the Daredevil Domo power-up when it appears. If you fall off a platform while collecting it, get it and you will go up immediately. The Daredevil Domo costume helps you jump higher.
