You can switch characters, but the chances are only cosmetic. The other characters do not have any different abilities or features.
Controls
Trying to control both characters at the exact same moment with simultaneous taps will not work. If you have to move both characters, tap in a quick succession.
Easy scoring
Place your device on a stable surface and have a friend play along. Have each person control one side of the screen.
