After unlocking the manual, you will be able to build combos easily. Use it to chain ollies, grinds, and tricks in the air together. To perform a manual, swipe to the right or left and hold that position. Your skater will begin to manual in the swiped direction. You will gain points for the duration of the manual, and you can continue your combo with it. For example, when coming out of an air trick, swipe and hold before you land and to start a manual to multiply your current combo score. However, you will not gain those points until you land safely in a neutral position, outside of a manual.
