Start a fight by skipping a turn in order to increase your battle points. Standing your ground on your first turn in a fight is usually a good choice. The extra battle point obtained can be very useful. Always go on the offense. Use all your points into an attack to try to quickly end a fight. CPU opponents rarely use their defenses to neutralize the attack. Certain dinosaurs classes have advantages over others. Carnivores are stronger than herbivores. Herbivores are stronger than pterosaurs. Pterosaurs are stronger than amphibians. Amphibians are stronger than carnivores. You can switch dinosaurs during a battle for one battle point by tapping their portraits (look at the upper left-hand side of the screen). Do this to take advantage of your opponent's weaknesses.
