Save your orbs for permanent upgrades. Grubby will occasionally peddle top-tier weapons, but they are a bit expensive and you don't get to keep them when you inevitably die.

It is easy to forget about your Smash attack in the thick of battle, but do not neglect it. It may save your squishy little life if you find yourself surrounded.
