Enemies
Enemies drop special items. Such as extra lives, mines, and smart bombs. So be sure to swoop in and grab them when it is safe to do so.
Move quickly
After losing a life, the game sometimes spawns your ship right next to an enemy, causing you to lose another life. So be ready to move as quickly as possible.
