Avoid colliding with other vehicles. While any damage incurred doesn't affect performance, the act of hitting another vehicle or wall diminished your speed.

While the default controls work well, several other configurations are available in the options menu including a virtual wheel and tap-to-steer schemes.

Pay close attention to the performance requirements listed for each event. You may have a vehicle that can qualify for an event with the purchase of an upgrade or two. Alternately, be mindful when buying upgrades that you don't prevent a car from qualifying for an event by making it too powerful.

Performance upgrades are specific to each car. You must purchase upgrade kits for each of your vehicles.
