Purchase an additional area for the Structure Product Establishment for 4 Sim Money. Do not invest Sim Money to accelerate manufacturing. Shop ability is more crucial, since the items produced there take the longest amount of time to make and are extremely important.

Each time you construct a new house or upgrade it, you get a Simoleons. This will certainly be a main part of your earning approach early in the game, when you can construct a great deal of structures inexpensively.

When you reach level 5, develop City Hall. You can now gather tax from your Sims. The amount of cash that can be gathered depends upon the joy of your population.
