After recovering Maya's phone, go to the text messages between Maya and Arya. Arya asks Maya about her Spark date with the guy name Taylor. Maya replies saying he was a creep and wanted her to go with him to a rooftop. Proving that Taylor had indeed succumb to his fate with the Simulacrum as in the ending for Simulacra.
