If you time it correctly you can earn extra points for grinding along the top of the distance marker signs. You can also get bonuses for jumping high and passing through clouds.

To unlock the following Google Play achievements, complete the following tasks.

Fashionista (10,000 XP)	Ski with 10 different costumes.
Safari Grandmaster (15,000 XP)	Attain Rank 20.
Safari Master (10,000 XP)	Attain Rank 10.
Snowmobile Collector (10,000 XP)	Unlock 8 Snowmobiles in the shop.
Yeti Grunt (5,000 XP)	Attain Rank 4.

When moving forward, avoid rocks while running through friends to get bonuses and chalets to get speed boosts.

Land properly to maintain your speed. Land at a flat angle to increase your maximum speed.

If you time it right, you can get extra points for grinding along the top of the distance marker signs.

If you jump high enough passing through clouds will bring you bonuses as well.

Keep in mind that the animals you land on are basically extra lives.

Also if you find a snowmobile take it and carry passengers to make the ride last longer.

Each of the hillside animals have different attributes to make a speedier escape:
