Assign Bitizens to jobs they are skilled at to get faster restocking. Bitizens will constantly ask you to operate the elevator. If you have the time to do so, you will earn extra Imperial Credits. The elevator can be upgraded to move faster, but this requires Imperial Bux. Up to three Bitizens can work on a level, and each of them is responsible for stocking a specific item. Low-tier items are stocked quickly, sell quickly, but do not earn a large amount of Imperial Credits. Higher-tier items require more time to stock, but appear in higher numbers and can earn more Imperial Credits. Every Bitizen has a dream job. When assigned to a dream job, you will be able to order twice as much of the stock that particular Bitizen sells.
General strategies
Keep the food, service, recreation, retail, residential amenities balanced to keep your Bitizens employed and maintaining a steady flow of Imperial Credits. This is important as it can become expensive to add floors. Help a VIP to be delivered to a certain level to get a valuable service from them. Concentrate on stocking low-tier items if you are playing actively so you can refill them if needed. Stock high-tier items when you have less time for the game and require it to run unattended for some time. When asked to find an honored guest or an invading rebel, tap the floor they are to earn Imperial Bux.
Instant building and stocking
After you begin building a level on the Death Star or are stocking one or more levels, exit the game then advance the time on your device. When the game is resumed, that task will be completed. Then, set the time back to its correct value.
Upgrades
Spend Imperial Bux to upgrade the elevator. This will increase your cash flow and give you a chance to earn Imperial Bux from tips. The NB200 Commercial Lift is a good upgrade to get if you have just started the game. It is inexpensive and will double your tips.
