Building your island needs planning and time management. When actively playing ignore resources and have all your workers upgrade or research new items. The more workers set on the same task, the less time it will require. much time there anyway but any extra time is useful. When you are ready to stop playing, send at least one worker to each resource site while keeping at least one worker researching or building upgrades. Note: Your workers will sleep after a certain amount of time. Log in regularly to wake them up.
