When you load in the tutorial and you want to get a business man (example) then when it asks you to hire your first free worker, hire the one it tells you to and then fire the one It told you to Hire. Then close the application and play the tutorial again until it says it to hire a worker for free again. Then repeat what I told you until it lets you hire the business man.
