Civilization Buildings are crucial component in increasing your civilization level. Establishing your civilization needs a lot of Gold. This is why Mining and Exploring do not provide you enough Gold. Due to the fact that Plundering other civilization and using the acquired resources is the basis of cultivating a civilization. Unlike Exploration, you can just win Plundering battles by ruining the enemy's castle gate within the time limitation.
