Successfully get the highest point total in the mission in advanced mission mode you use the GLG40MM pipebomb launcher to unlock that weapon.
God mode
Go to the title screen and hold L + R and press X(2), Y, A, B, Y, A.
Guided missile 2 weapon
Successfully complete the final mission in advanced mission mode to unlock the Guided Missile 2 weapon.
Medal bomb, life bomb, and ammo bomb
Successfully complete the fourth mission in advanced mission mode to unlock the Medal Bomb, Life Bomb, and Ammo Bomb.
PSG-1 weapon
Successfully complete the mission in advanced mission mode where you use the PSG-1 weapon to unlock that weapon.
Sound test and movie test options
Successfully complete all mission in novice, intermediate, and advanced mission modes to unlock the "Sound Test" and "Movie Test" options under the options menu.
SPAS12 weapon
Successfully complete the mission in advanced mission mode where you use the SPAS12 weapon to unlock that weapon.
UMP machinegun
Successfully complete the mission in intermediate mission mode where you use the UMP machinegun to unlock that weapon.
