At the Main Menu go to 'Cheats' and 'Enter Code' Then type:

BARGAINBASEMENT- Unlock All Abilities
WACKYGIVEAWAY - Unlock All Tracks & Bosses
WACKYSPOILERS - Unlock All Cars
CRACKEDNAILS - Hard mode

Then go to 'Code Collection' to turn them on.
