From the title screen, choose "Options" then "Credits". Press B, A, A, B, B, A, and at the "Special Thanks To" screen of the credits roll a sound will play, confirming code entry. Start a new game. At any time, hold Start and press A/B go to the previous/next level, respectively. The game will also pause because of the Start Button being used, so be sure to unpause gameplay.
