During the twelvth round when the round screen is displayed, hold Down and quickly press A or B.

At the Finish Blow selection screen, hold Down + Select + Start and press A. You should be given 255 continues instead of three.

Start a 1- or 2-player game, then at the character selection screen press Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, and Select. Continue setting up the character, then at the power management screen press Up, Up, Up, Select. This should max out the power meter for the character.

Fight until your opponent's energy is almost all gone. Repeatedly throw a left hook. Continue to throw that punch as the falls and your opponent will fly off the screen and appear at the bottom. Continue this process until a knockout is awarded.
