At the intro screen that says MUSIC And FX at the bottom, press Up, Left, Down, Right, Right, Down, Left, Up. You will be given a new menu to enable infinite lives.
Level Skip
Enable the "Unlimited lives" code. Then, press Select + A + B during gameplay.
Unlimited Lives
Enter Moonlightning as a name at the high score screen.
