Enter the game's "cheat mode" cheat as described above. At the title screen, after the scrolling stops, press Select; at the "Developed By" screen, press Start; at the "Music and Sounds By" screen, press B; and finally at the "Executive Producer" screen, press A. This will unlock a pair of extra courses, overwriting the first two. Hole select/hole skip are disabled by default. Hole Select can be re-enabled by holding Left before selecting the player mode; to re-enable hole skip, hold Right before selecting the player name.
