Okay there is a way to duplicate pokemon on the pokemon red and blue versions. First you have to go to a pc and save it right before you log onto it. Then deposit the pokemon you want duplicated in a box and then switch the box to a different one. When it says "SAVING DO NOT TURN OFF THE POWER" turn off the power. This should duplicate your pokemon. I did this with my Aerodactyl on pokemon red and it was duplicated. This may not work for pokemon blue but it should. This also may not work if you did not time it right and that is why this code doesn't work most of the time. And yes this is the same code to duplicate pokemon on pokemon gold and silver but this does work.
