While playing Co-op, you need to have a character that has a bane move (Example: Orc Bane). While one player uses the bane move, the other player can run up to the enemy who is being killed and kill him from behind, but be quick! Both players will get points for the kill. This works great if you use the code for Perfect Mode (only available if you've beat the game).
