The first secret room is in the butlers room. Once you are there inspect the mouse hole in his wall. After you do this luigi will get sucked into a room withe loads of money. The second secret room is on the roof first go to the east then climb a ladder by a chimenny looking thing then walk the plank and eventully luigi will fall through a chimenny and land in another secret room.
