First find a side that has the floor switches up. Then go to the corner and shoot the red button and pick up the bomb then when the Red Eye is comming step on the switch and it will be electricuted. Run twords it and throw the bomb on its head. Do this a couple of times and it should be defeated and you will get the 3rd spell stone.
