What you need: ALOT of money, acess to island 1-3, elite 4 beaten, Articuno lvl 57 that knows Ice beam

1. Go to 2 island
2. Buy alot of Timer Balls (around 99)
3. Go to Cruclean Cave
4. Go to Mewtwo and Battle him
5. Use the Articuno and freeze him with ice beam
6. Keep throwing Timer balls.
