To enter the ruins:

Solve the Tanoby Key by pushing the bolders into the slots.

Hint: Some Unown only appear late at night, around from 7:30 to 11:59, Like ! and ?.

Once you gather all 28 of the Unown, Head for altering cave. You may need to spell your name out with the Unown. You may even need Suicine. You will be able to catch some Jhoto pokemon there.
